By far the best non-stick cookware on the market, High heat? no problem, you can burn your food but you can’t burn this pan, still I would recommend you look after this awesome cookware, clean always with hot soapy water till looks like new, and use common sense with sharp utensils.
And please read the info on what oils are best to use!
