Lemon Slice

Ingredients:

Base
1 x 395g tin Sweetened Condensed Milk
350g plain biscuits, crushed
140g butter, melted
90g coconut
Peel of 4 lemons (finely grated)

Icing
2 cups Icing Sugar
Lemon Juice (just enough to make firm consistency)
Coconut

Method:
1. Mix dry ingredients together
2. Add melted butter & condensed milk, mix well
3. Press base firmly into slice tin (18cm x 28cm x 3cm roughly), and refrigerate for 12 hours minimum or until firm.
4. Combine icing sugar and juice for icing, and spread over base. Sprinkle with coconut.
