The Digital Baking & Candy Thermometer by Polder is an all-inclusive digital instant read thermometer delivering accurate temperature readings in as little as 8 seconds.
The thermometer is ideal for candy, baking and even meats. Simply remove the high-heat silicone spatula when cooking with meat or poultry or keep the spatula attached when stirring melting chocolate, yogurts, jams, or other sweets or preserves.
