To cut fine slices of ham or salmon

The 1.5mm in thickness, long and very flexible blade, allows to cut very fine slices from a supple movement of back and forth. 

X50CrMoV15 stainless steel is highly anti-corrosive and ensure a perfect cut.

Beech is the most commonly used wood for the manufacture of Opinel handles.

From France, our beech is hard, durable and easy to work.

With a homogeneous appearance, its light color varies from yellow to pink. It is characterized by the presence of numerous small dark dashes.
