Crush and mince cloves easily and evenly with the Avanti Garlic Rocking Press. Stylish and simple, this indispensable tool is also suitable for crushing and mincing peeled ginger root, chopped onion and nuts. Made from brushed 18/8 stainless steel, it is sturdy, durable and features a large handle for a comfortable grip. Unlike a conventional garlic press, by using downward pressure and a rocking motion, it crushes cloves quickly and evenly, forcing the pieces up through the perforated arc. Crushed and minced pieces are collected on the inside surface of the press, allowing them to be spooned or scraped easily into a bowl or pan.
