Ordering Instructions
- Select the products you wish to order by clicking "Add to my shopping cart".
- This will add the items to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, simply display the shopping cart by clicking the "Shopping Cart | Checkout" link at the top right of the website.
- Review the items you have in the cart then click Checkout.
- You will then be prompted to enter your Billing & Shipping details as well as your payment method. Add any questions that you may have to the comments field.
- Pay by Credit Card with GeoTrust security.
- Due to the increase in Credit Card fraud orders over $200 will be held for two days to check the Credit Card authentication.
- If you choose Direct Deposit we will contact you when the money is received.
- Most orders will be dispatched from the store within 1 to 2 working days via Australia Post.
- Change of mind Returns are to be send back to us at cost of the purchaser with packaging in original order. ( damaged packaging might occur a 10% charge (of original item salesprice) )
- We will always aim to send the exact items that are ordered, but due to batch difference in fabrics sometimes slight colour differences could occur. (uniforms & chefs gear)
