This delivers prolonged edge retention, resistance to wear and tear and maximum sharpness. Each knife is sharpened, honed and polished by hand. The F Dick Premier Plus 6 in. Flexible Boning Knife is used when de-boning poultry, and can also be used to fillet fish. The flexibility of the blade provides more control during use.
